We repair and rebuild your 2002-2003 Ford F250, F350, F450, F550 and Excursion diesel instrument cluster.

Common issues this Ford instrument cluster repair service covers:

  • Intermittent or total cluster power loss
  • Loss of radio, and power windows
  • Failed backlighting

Often times, the gauge cluster will start working once the truck “warms up”, or later in the day when the weather is warmer. By purchasing our Ford instrument cluster repair service, we replace and rework many electronic components inside the cluster and replace all of the light bulbs in the instrument panel.

If your door ajar light is stuck on or does not work this service will NOT fix that problem.

These gauge motors typically never go bad so there is no need to replace them. If they gauges are not working the problem is usually outside of the cluster.

Note

The following issues cannot be repaired.

  • Door ajar light in the cluster will not turn off.
  • Dome lights not turning off when door is closed or not turning on when door is opened.
