SHIPPING TIMES & DELIVERY

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, and delivery location may affect actual delivery times. By placing an order, you acknowledge that shipping carriers provide estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed delivery dates.

SHIPPING METHODS

We primarily ship using UPS and USPS. The available shipping methods shown at checkout are based on the item being purchased and the delivery address provided.

Larger or higher-value items typically ship via UPS, while smaller items may ship via USPS depending on destination and service availability.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY & INSURANCE

Shipping insurance protects your item against loss, theft, or damage while in transit. At checkout, you may select additional shipping insurance coverage. The selected insurance amount determines the maximum claimable coverage for your shipment.

All outbound shipments include up to $100 of insurance at no additional cost. This typically covers minor damage such as cracked lenses or light cosmetic issues.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delivery issues beyond the insurance amount selected. If additional coverage is not selected, you accept the risk associated with limited carrier liability.

If you ship an item to us using your own label or carrier, any claims for loss or damage must be handled directly with your shipping provider.

SHIPPING DELAYS & NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed or handed off to the carrier. We do not issue refunds for carrier delays, weather-related issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

Expedited shipping speeds refer only to transit time and do not include processing, diagnostic, or repair time unless explicitly stated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all international orders, the customer is responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges.

We do not understate declared values on shipments. All items are declared accurately based on the order value.

International delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to customs processing.

RETURN SHIPPING FOR REPAIR SERVICES

When sending an item to us for repair, you are responsible for ensuring it is properly packaged and insured during transit.

Return shipping insurance can be selected at checkout and applies to the shipment back to you. If additional insurance is not selected, the shipment is only covered up to the standard included amount.
