HOW TO SHIP YOUR INSTRUMENT CLUSTER TO TANIN AUTO ELECTRONIX

When preparing to ship your instrument cluster to Tanin Auto Electronix for repair, it is important to follow proper packaging and shipping procedures to prevent damage and ensure accurate processing.

By sending your item to us, you agree to our Returns, Exchanges, Repair & Service Policy, including shipping and insurance responsibilities.

STEP 1 — REMOVE YOUR CLUSTER

Carefully remove the instrument cluster from your vehicle. If you need assistance, contact us before shipping and we can help guide you through the process.

STEP 2 — PROPERLY PACKAGE YOUR ITEM

You are responsible for properly packaging your item to prevent damage during transit.

• Use bubble wrap or equivalent protective material
• Fully wrap the cluster with multiple layers
• Do not use clothing, towels, or loose materials as primary protection

Proper packaging is critical to avoid damage during shipping.

STEP 3 — USE A STRONG BOX

Use a sturdy box with sufficient space between the item and all sides.

• Maintain at least 2 inches of clearance on all sides
• Fill all empty space with packing material
• Secure the box using proper packing tape

Previously used or weak boxes are not recommended.

STEP 4 — INCLUDE YOUR WORK ORDER

You must include a completed and signed Work Order Form inside the package.

We do not process any items received without a completed work order form.

STEP 5 — SELECT YOUR SHIPPING METHOD

You are responsible for selecting your shipping carrier and service level.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method such as UPS or USPS.

STEP 6 — ADD SHIPPING INSURANCE (IMPORTANT)

Shipping insurance protects your item against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for the full value of the item.

If you do not purchase adequate shipping insurance, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs before the item arrives at our facility.

STEP 7 — SHIP YOUR PACKAGE

Once packaged and labeled, drop your package off with your selected carrier.

You may also use our UPS shipping portal to generate a label at our discounted rate.

By sending your item to us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• you are responsible for proper packaging and shipping carrier selection
• you are responsible for insuring your item during inbound transit
• we are not responsible for loss or damage during inbound shipping
• all items are subject to diagnostic and service charges as outlined in our policy
• return shipping insurance determines coverage for outbound shipments
