With our UPS portal, you can create a shipping label at our discounted rate. Simply fill out the form, print the label at home, and drop your package off at a UPS store. This is used for gauge clusters and climate controls only.

You will not be charged upon printing, but the cost of the label will be included in your final total once we repair your item.

Complete and electronically sign your repair work order before sending your item. After submitting, print the packing reference or write your intake reference, name, and phone number on a sheet inside your package. Your submission creates a repair record so we can match your item when it arrives.

This form must be included when sending in an item to have the miles corrected.

When you purchase a replacement unit from Tanin Auto Electronix, we can usually buy the original part back from you. Just send us the filled out form along with the part. Once the item arrives, our technicians will evaluate it’s worth, and we will send you a check!
