We repair the center color display screen that commonly fails on Audi A4, A5, A6, Q7, S4, S5, RS4, and RS5 vehicles. Common issues are a screen that fades out, becomes blurry, has lines through the display, or turns completely white in color. There is no need for you to purchase a new instrument cluster from Audi or a used instrument cluster that would need hundreds of dollars in programming and coding. We will repair your original cluster so everything functions the same as it currently does.
Additionally, we have a repair service for gauge clusters with the amber monochromatic display which is the non-color version of the display. Usually all red or orange in color.

USPS Priority
Estimated delivery times between 2-3 business days. We only ship clusters via USPS to HI, AK, PR, Guam, APO/FPO AA, AE. All other states will be UPS ground.
USPS Express
1-2 delivery for most large urban locations and zip codes. 2-day delivery on rural zip codes. Express does NOT mean overnight.
UPS Ground
Estimated delivery times of 5 business days or less. For select areas on the West Coast, this can extend to 6-7 business days.
International Shipping and Canada
Customer is responsible for any and all customs/import fees

We only use UPS Worldwide Saver for larger packages and USPS Express International for small packages. There are no other reliable, insured, safe, trackable ways that protect the buyer and seller. We cannot send something in an envelope or use non-trackable, budget shipping options. The item will never arrive, or will arrive in 1-2 months.
International shipments are 5-7 day delivery
Shipments to Canada are either UPS Standard 3-5 day (customs and brokerage) or USPS Priority Mail 2-4 weeks (no customs or brokerage)
Repair Service Terms & Conditions
1. Repair Agreement
By purchasing our diagnostic or repair service you are agreeing to send us your original unit to be diagnosed and/or repaired at a minimum of $139.99 diagnosis fee.
The first step is to complete our fillable Tanin Electronix Work Order Form which is in fillable PDF format. Print it and send it with your item. We will not work on your item without a completed and signed work order form.
2. Diagnostic Fee
Everything that enters our building will be charged a minimum of $139.99 diagnostic fee as explained on the work order form. In the event you decline a repair service or replacement part then you will only owe the diagnostic fee, starting at $139.99, plus return shipping cost of your choice.
3. Warranty Terms
All of our repairs require that you send the entire assembled unit which includes the lens and plastic covers for us to warranty the work we perform. If you are sending a Nissan or Infiniti cluster please do not send the entire plastic cluster housing or bezel surrounds and dash pad. These are not part of the gauge cluster.
4. Non-repairable Items
In the event of your unit being non-repairable and you decide to purchase a replacement unit we will dispose your original unit.
If you do want the original part returned, then it will be your responsibility to inform us and accept the additional shipping charges.
5. Shipping Insurance
If you use our UPS inbound shipping portal you have the option to add-on more inbound shipping insurance. This will protect your investment to our building and allow us to pay out a claim of UPS damage, theft, or lost packages. At checkout you will see an option to add outbound shipping insurance. This option is the same insurance going back to you. Our outbound shipments are automatically insured up to $100 free of charge. That will typically cover minor damage and cracked lenses. We are unable to payout or cover anything more than the insurance amounts you select. If you ship the item on your own or provide your own return label then we have no ability to claim any insurance value. Any disputes or claims would need to be made to your shipping carrier from yourself.
Expedited Services
We’ll repair your item and ship it back to you within a 2-4 business day (M-F, no holidays) window from when it arrives at our building.
Our UPS typically arrives between 11a-2pm and USPS between 1030a-2pm. Your item will be placed in the tech queue the same or next day and then would be initially diagnosed or fully repaired within 1-2 days. After this point it will be transferred to customer service for payment and then queued for shipping.
This does not include faster return shipping!
