This black gauge face overlay will work in 2006-2007 GM trucks such as the Tahoe, Suburban, Sierra, Silverado and is used to add a transmission temperature gauge to the cluster. The 2006 face gauge overlay has a different gear shift indicator than the 2003-2005 trucks. This black gauge overlay is also tinted clear so you can use any color LED’s on the circuit board. If you are planning to install a transmission temperature gauge it’s not always as simple as just installing the gauge motor and a needle. Many times additional software programming is required to enable this gauge.
