This needle set is OEM Ford 2008+ . These needles will only fit the white and gray MPH and RPM motors that have the long and wide shaft.

In these clusters, the white MPH and RPM motors will be shaped differently from the four white auxiliary gauge motors. The gray motors MPH and RPM motors will obviously be gray and the four auxiliary gauge motors will be white.

To make things complicated there is a third type of MPH and RPM stepper motor used in 2008+ Ford trucks. In these gauge clusters the MPH and RPM stepper motors are all white in color, but also identical to the four white auxiliary gauge motors. If you have this cluster then all six of your stepper motors will be the identical. Unfortunately that means these needles will not fit into those clusters.

These MPH and RPM needle post is roughly 10mm long. The auxiliary gauge needle posts are approximately 13mm long.

We have provided links and pictures to the motors that have the correct shafts to match these needles. This should make it easy to determine if your cluster has the correct motors for these needles.
