This is one refurbished, manual HVAC climate control module for your 2003-2004 Chevy Silverado or GM truck with all-new backlight bulbs. This unit does not have the rear defrost button in the lower right corner.

Please keep in mind that these are previously used units, so there may be lightly worn buttons or minor scratches from normal wear and tear.

If you have problem with blend doors, air not going to the correct locations, hot and cold delivery problems then the issue might be your servos in the dashboard. This is typically NOT a problem with the climate control.
