The Lexus IS series was a 4-door compact sport sedan. These clusters commonly suffered from needle lighting failure. We refurbish all needle lighting and backlighting to like-new performance. We can even change the colors for you to complete your custom look.

Repair Service Terms & Conditions

1. Repair Agreement

By purchasing a diagnostic or repair service, you are agreeing to send us your original unit to be diagnosed and/or repaired.

You also need to complete and include the work order form found here

We will not be sending you a replacement unit. We have separate services if you are looking for a replacement unit

2. Diagnostic Fee

In the event you decline a repair service or replacement part after we have completed a diagnostic service on your part the diagnostic fee + shipping will be due as per the signed Work Order Form. This fee covers the time and labor involved with processing and testing your unit.

3. Warranty Terms

Almost all of our repairs require that you send the entire unit for us to warranty the work we perform.

For example, if you are sending an instrument cluster to be repaired, you must send the entire cluster including the lens.

4. Non-repairable Items

In the event of your unit being non-repairable and you decide to purchase a replacement unit, we will assume you do not want your original unit shipped back to you.

If you do want the original part returned, then it will be your responsibility to inform us and accept the additional shipping charges.

Expedited Services

We’ll repair your item and ship it back to you within a 2-4 day window from when it arrives at our building.

Our UPS typically arrives between 11a-2pm and USPS between 1030a-2pm. Your item will be placed in the tech queue the same or next day and then would be initially diagnosed or fully repaired within 1-2 days. After this point it will be transferred to customer service for payment and then queued for shipping.

This does not include faster return shipping!

Shipping Methods & Estimates

These are estimated shipping times
Holidays, weather, and rural locations may extend the delivery times

USPS First Class

Estimated delivery times between 3-5 business days.

USPS Priority

Estimated delivery times between 2-3 business days.

USPS Express

1-2 delivery for most large urban locations and zip codes. 2-day delivery on rural zip codes. Express does NOT mean overnight.

UPS Ground

Estimated delivery times of 5 business days or less. For select areas on the West Coast, this can extend to 6-7 business days.

International Shipping and Canada

Customer is responsible for any and all customs/import fees
Only the options available to you will be shown on the checkout page
We only use UPS Worldwide Saver for larger packages and USPS Express International for small packages. There are no other reliable, insured, safe, trackable ways that protect the buyer and seller. We cannot send something in an envelope or use non-trackable, budget shipping options. The item will never arrive, or will arrive in 1-2 months.
International shipments are 5-7 day delivery
Shipments to Canada are either UPS Standard 3-5 day (customs and brokerage) or USPS Priority Mail 2-4 weeks (no customs or brokerage)
