This item is a new Tanin Electronix monochromatic, amber colored LCD screen for 2001 – 2004 Mercedes C Class, W203 instrument clusters and 2002 – 2007 Mercedes G Class, W210 instrument clusters.
After you install the screen if your screen is excessively bright or “yellow” your cluster may need on-board modifications by us to modify voltage and you will need to send the cluster to us. This occurs in a small number of clusters and it is random.
Do NOT :
remove the LCD from the package by pulling the ribbon cable.
pull, handle, or hold the LCD by the ribbon cable.
insert the ribbon into the circuit board until the LCD is in place in the plastic holder.
pry, bend, or twist the socket the ribbon plugs into on the circuit board.

Our preferred method of shipping for available locations in the Midwest. Spee-Dee provides overnight shipping for most locations at a reasonable cost. In more rural areas, shipping is generally between 2-3 days instead. If you are within the Spee-Dee service area, then this option will be available for you.
USPS First Class
Estimated delivery times between 3-5 business days.
USPS Priority
Estimated delivery times between 2-3 business days.
USPS Express
Overnight delivery for most locations and zip codes. 2-day delivery on rural zip codes.
UPS Ground
Estimated delivery times of 5 business days or less. For select areas on the West Coast, this can extend to 6-7 business days.

Same-Day Services
We’ll repair your item and ship it back to you within 24 hours of the time it arrives at our shop. Our UPS typically arrives between 11a-2pm. Your item would be placed in the queue the same day and would be ready to ship out the following afternoon at the latest. Sometimes if we receive your item early enough (9-11a) we would be able to ship it out that same afternoon when UPS picks up at 4pm.
This does not include faster return shipping!

Repair Service Terms & Conditions
1. Repair Agreement
By purchasing a diagnostic or repair service, you are agreeing to send us your original unit to be diagnosed and/or repaired.
You also need to complete and include the work order form found here
We will notbe sending you a replacement unit. We have separate services if you are looking for a replacement unit
2. Diagnostic Fee
In the event you decline a repair service or replacement part after we have completed a diagnostic service on your part the diagnostic fee + shipping will be due as per the signed Work Order Form. This fee covers the time and labor involved with processing and testing your unit.
3. Warranty Terms
Almost all of our repairs require that you send the entire unit for us to warranty the work we perform.
For example, if you are sending an instrument cluster to be repaired, you must send the entire cluster including the lens.
4. Non-repairable Items
In the event of your unit being non-repairable and you decide to purchase a replacement unit, we will assume you do notwant your original unit shipped back to you.
If you do want the original part returned, then it will be your responsibility to inform us and accept the additional shipping charges.
