This item is a new Tanin Electronix monochromatic, amber colored LCD screen for 2001 – 2004 Mercedes C Class, W203 instrument clusters and 2002 – 2007 Mercedes G Class, W210 instrument clusters.
After you install the screen if your screen is excessively bright or “yellow” your cluster may need on-board modifications by us to modify voltage and you will need to send the cluster to us. This occurs in a small number of clusters and it is random.
Do NOT :
remove the LCD from the package by pulling the ribbon cable.
pull, handle, or hold the LCD by the ribbon cable.
insert the ribbon into the circuit board until the LCD is in place in the plastic holder.
pry, bend, or twist the socket the ribbon plugs into on the circuit board.

Repair Service Terms & Conditions
1. Repair Agreement
By purchasing a diagnostic or repair service, you agree to send us your original unit for inspection, diagnosis, and/or repair. All repair orders are subject to a minimum non-refundable diagnostic fee of $139.99.
Before sending your item, you must complete our fillable Tanin Electronix Work Order Form and include it with your shipment. We will not begin work on any item without a completed and signed work order form.
2. Diagnostic Fee
Every repair item received by our facility is subject to a minimum $139.99 non-refundable diagnostic fee, as explained on the work order form. This fee applies regardless of whether the item is ultimately repaired, deemed non-repairable, or you decline the recommended repair or replacement.
If you decline a repair service or replacement part after diagnosis, you will still owe the diagnostic fee, plus return shipping charges based on the shipping method you choose.
3. REPAIR AND Warranty Terms
Repair service does not guarantee that every unit is repairable or that repair or replacement of one component will resolve all vehicle issues. Multiple systems may contribute to similar symptoms.
To qualify for warranty coverage on our repair work, you must send the complete assembled unit, including the lens and plastic covers where applicable. If you are sending a Nissan or Infiniti cluster, do not send the outer plastic housing, bezel surrounds, or dash pad, as these are not considered part of the gauge cluster.
4. Non-repairable Items
If your unit is found to be non-repairable and you choose to purchase a replacement unit, we may dispose of the original unit unless you specifically request its return.
If you want the original item returned, you must notify us before order completion and you will be responsible for all additional return shipping charges.
5. Shipping Insurance
If you use our UPS inbound shipping portal, you may purchase additional inbound shipping insurance to protect your shipment against loss, theft, or carrier damage while in transit to us.

Expedited Services
We’ll repair your item and ship it back to you within a 2-4 business day (M-F, no holidays) window from when it arrives at our building.
Our UPS typically arrives between 11a-2pm and USPS between 1030a-2pm. Your item will be placed in the tech queue the same or next day and then would be initially diagnosed or fully repaired within 1-2 days. After this point it will be transferred to customer service for payment and then queued for shipping.
This does not include faster return shipping!

Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days.
USPS Priority
Estimated delivery is typically 2–3 business days. We only ship clusters via USPS to HI, AK, PR, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses. All other states will ship via UPS Ground.
USPS Express
Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days for many major metro areas and 2 business days for some rural zip codes. USPS Express does not guarantee overnight delivery.
UPS Ground
Estimated delivery is typically 5 business days or less. For some West Coast destinations, delivery may take 6–7 business days.
International Shipping and Canada
Customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges.
• Only the shipping methods available to you will be shown at checkout.
• We use UPS Worldwide Saver for larger packages and USPS Express International for smaller packages.
• We do not offer untracked or low-cost shipping methods that do not provide reliable delivery protection for the buyer and seller.
• International shipments typically arrive in 5–7 business days, but customs delays may extend delivery times.
• Shipments to Canada are typically sent via UPS Standard (about 3–5 business days, plus customs and brokerage) or USPS Priority Mail (about 2–4 weeks, typically without brokerage charges).
